This is not a group workout — it is a guided, semi-private micro-experience.

1.
ARRIVAL & ACCESS.

To ensure quality and safety, please arrive 10 minutes before the session begins.After 5 minutes late, entry cannot be granted.

2.
ATTIRE & EQUIPMENT.

- Grip socks required (available for purchase in-studio)
- Fitted activewear recommended for better alignment observation
- No equipment needed — everything is provided for you

3.
PREGNANCY & ADAPTATIONS.

Reformer sessions ar accessible for pregnant women, provided that: - You have prior approval from a healthcare professional
- You inform the coach before class
- Exercises are adapted if necessary
Every coach is trained in pregnancy adaptations;
however, your comfort, safety and sensations remain the priority.

4.
MUSIC & AMBIANCE.

Classes are practiced to House, Deep House & Electro Chicplaylists, curated to support flow, rhythm and focus. Guideline: energising, elegant, never aggressive.

5.
CANCELLATION.

Reservations may be cancelled or modified up to 12 hours beforethe session.
After this deadline, the session will be automatically charged.

6.
WAITLIST.

If a spot opens, you may be automatically added and the session will be confirmed and charged.
We recommend enabling notifications — spots move quickly with only 3 available.
