Nothing opens? Write to us at contact@burningbar.fr with your name, your account email and the subscription you want to stop.
The 3 rules to know
- Minimum 3-month commitment from the date you subscribe.
- After that, the subscription renews every month until you ask to cancel.
- You can write to us at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly period, and no earlier than the end of the 3-month commitment.
Exceptions provided for in the Terms of Sale: withdrawal, legitimate reason, force majeure.
Exemple
You subscribed on 12 mars : your 3-month commitment ends on 11 juin.
Request sent on 20 avril → subscription ends on 11 juin.
Request sent on 20 juin → subscription ends on 11 juillet.
Annual membership (BURNING FAM MEMBERSHIP)
If you do not renew your annual membership, your subscriptions end at the end of the period containing the due date, and no earlier than the end of their initial commitment. Your benefits remain active until then without a new fee, but monthly payments remain due.
Your class packs
Credits you have already bought remain usable until their expiry date, even if your membership is not renewed. To buy a new pack, an active membership is required.
